A 1-1 reflective programme supporting delegates involved in bullying allegations, focusing on behaviour analysis, communication skills, conflict resolution and ethical professional conduct.
This 1-1 programme supports delegates involved in bullying allegations, providing a structured and reflective space to understand behaviour, communication patterns and the impact of workplace interactions. The session explores what constitutes bullying, how conflict escalates, and how professional conduct can be strengthened through improved communication, empathy and ethical practice. Delegates work directly with an experienced facilitator to analyse behaviour, develop constructive strategies and create an action plan for positive change.
Bullying allegations can arise from misunderstandings, communication breakdowns or patterns of behaviour that have gone unnoticed. This programme helps delegates explore these issues safely and constructively, focusing on self-awareness, responsibility and professional growth. The session supports individuals to rebuild trust, strengthen workplace relationships and contribute positively to organisational culture.
A colleague reports feeling undermined or intimidated by feedback that was intended as constructive.
Repeated disagreements lead to tension, avoidance or complaints from colleagues.
Colleagues describe interactions as intimidating, abrupt or dismissive, even if unintended.
Understanding how behaviour is perceived by others is central to addressing bullying allegations. Delegates are encouraged to reflect deeply on their communication style, emotional responses and patterns of interaction that may have contributed to conflict or discomfort. This reflective space allows individuals to explore how stress, workload, personal expectations or unconscious habits can influence tone, body language and decision-making. Through guided discussion, delegates examine how misunderstandings arise, how feedback is interpreted and how workplace relationships can be strengthened through empathy and clarity. The session also supports individuals to recognise personal triggers, consider alternative approaches and understand how professional boundaries contribute to a respectful environment. Reflection is not about blame, but about developing insight, accountability and confidence in adopting more constructive behaviours. By engaging openly and honestly, delegates build the foundations for positive change and improved workplace relationships.
