Equality, Diversity and Inclusion for Schools

Schools and academies play a crucial role in creating inclusive, safe and supportive environments for children and young people. EDUK provides specialist Equality, Diversity and Inclusion support tailored to teachers, support staff, senior leaders, safeguarding teams and multi‑academy trusts. Our programmes strengthen staff confidence, improve inclusive teaching practice and support schools in demonstrating strong EDI practice during Ofsted inspections. Through targeted training, external reviews and strategic guidance, we help schools embed inclusive practice across curriculum, policies and culture, creating equitable learning environments where every pupil feels valued and supported.
