Sexual harassment in the workplace remains a significant issue, affecting employees' well-being, engagement, and productivity. Equality and Diversity UK is offering an in-depth training programme designed to equip professionals with the knowledge and tools to address and prevent sexual harassment effectively.
It is important that staff are safe and treated with dignity and respect at work. Sexual harassment has a significant impact on employee mental health and wellbeing. It can lead to low morale, poor productivity, increased absence, and resignation.
There are legal implications if a complaint of sexual harassment is not handled correctly. It is not only damaging for the individuals involved but can prove costly to your business in terms of finance, reputation, and employee engagement
